(Everyone will check in at this location on Day 1, but your class may be at the Tower, you'll get this info when you check-in)

Saturday, April 11 at Salesforce West from 3:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.

💻Bring Your Own Laptop
Laptops are not provided at Trailblazer Bootcamp. You must bring your own along with any necessary cables and chargers.

In reviewing the Trailblazer Bootcamp Prework page, it appears that some tracks are there that were not available when I registered for TDX. Will we be able to switch tracks at the badge pickup on Saturday?
Hello! I had a question regarding the instructions for Account verification before this year's pre-TDX certification exams, and was directed to post it here by the Event Help Desk.
The "Get Ready for your TDX Preconference Certification Exam" instructs us to verify our Trailhead Academy Account details, with one of the points being to make a note of our Preferred Email Address, but to not change it (this is emphasized in bold letters).
Its been some time since I checked my Trailhead Academy Account, and I actually no longer have access to the Preferred Email Address listed there. Should I still leave it as is despite being unreachable, or should I go against the bolded instructions and update it? I ask because I wasn't sure if we'll need to access an account verification email or something similar from that address. Thank you for your time!

Please take a look at the steps below and let me know if this solves your question. The reason we don't want you to change it is because changing it close to taking a certification might impact your ability to sign to both systems needed to take an exam. Here is how you can check it and adjust it in advance;

For TDX bootcamp events, where do I find the QR code that is mentioned in emails about checkin requirements.
Hi @Leslie Tancredo You should have received an email from Guest Services. If you didn't no problem, you can complete this onsite if you did not receive the email.
There is a chance I will be unable to attend due to unforeseen personal circumstances. Is virtual attendance possible? If not, is there any chance for a refund?
Hi @Dustin Northcutt We completely understand that life can bring unexpected challenges, and we're sorry to hear you're unable to join us. The bootcamp is an in-person event and we aren't able to offer a virtual attendance option. Unfortunately, since we're past the cancellation deadline, we're unable to process a refund at this time.
