Video is a great format to learn from. The CRMFYI Service Tips channel on YouTube is designed to bring you great features and how-to's that are quick and easy. Each video is around 2 minutes in length and helps you learn more about the Salesforce Service Cloud and leveraging it more for your everyday work.
This tip is literally a one minute feature to change, but it will save your Knowledge users much more time than that by helping provide more relevant search results while they're searching and highlighting what terms made the article wind up in search results.
Here's a new tip for Enabling Topics in Knowledge Articles. It's not quite as you might expect, so I help guide you to the right place to use this great feature. I'll also explain how it works a little like, but a little different from Topics on Chatter.
