My sandbox is a Preview Sandbox - so I was expecting to see
Enable the Show Original Case Attachments checkbox on the Support Settingspage.
How ever, I don't have that option
When is it due to be available

I just submitted a support case as I didn't see it either. This was the response:
"After checking further internally, I can confirm that this feature is being rolled out in a staggered manner. It has not yet reached your instance. There is currently a moratorium period after 22nd September , and the rollout is expected to resume after tomorrow. We expect this feature to be available for your sandbox org's after this date."
