Blind low vision magnification user needs assistance. I tried taking my Platform App Builder exam today. I started off with exam not being to start due to my computer freezing when my screen magnification was being used. Then when I tried reading without it I had to lean in so close they accused me of cheating and revoked my exam. I have a case being put through to see if I can reschedule but has anyone with low vision taken an exam online? I was told they have screen magnification but I couldn’t see anything. How can you use their screen magnification for the exam? Where is it located at on the exam to turn on? Definitely, not blind friendly for low vision magnification users.
