I’m a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional with 5 years of hands-on experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, Contact Builder, CloudPages, and API integrations, and I’ve recently been working closely with Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, and Agentforce-related use cases.
