Grouping on the basis of consecutive occurrence in Tableau

Hi Experts,

Could you please help in getting answer to my below question.

I am trying to create a new calculated column (Session), 

It will basically be a number (1-24), where in I want to group consecutive hours on the basis of date, link, name. Please see screenshot below also data attached

    Thank you very much for looking into the above and to lend a helping hand. Quite helpful, did learn new stuff :)

    But I guess, I missed an important detail here, a same link can be accessed by some other person too -screenshot below and data attached.
