Year Total

Hi All, I have a table and i need to show total for year so final table in Tableau looks like this.

Please see attached Tableau workbook and Excel file. Thanks

    Turn on Subtotals. Then the simplest answer is to select the Dept. pill, then right-click Dept. and uncheck Subtotal to remove column subtotals, keeping only row subtotals:
