Waterfall chart with count of id's

Hi all, 

I have created a waterfall chart for case id's that were assigned to a particular role first 2 and then 3.

All cases were created in 2 (as shown in the first bar)

while some cases were closed in 2  ( as shown in the second bar) and the rest moved to 3.

Now in the chart I have created the first bar is 1675 id's and the second is 1630 id's and the rest are in 3. 

In my chart I would like the second bar to start from the top of the first bar and move down as is there in a traditional waterfall chart.  I understand that I am not using a timeline here. Is it possible to achieve it? If not is there an alternate chart type that I can use?
