Can I change the alignment of the labels for a horizontal bar chart?

Hello!

This is how my view looks like at the moment:

I would like to have the label to the left of the bar not in the middle, like in this layout (that's just a design draft and no Tableau chart):

So I would like to have them aligned to the ends of the charts - not in the middle of their green/blue block.

I tried the aligment options of the label, but the left/right/center just affects how the 2 rows (Measure Name and Measure Value) are aligned to each other:

The position of the label in the bar is always the centre of the block (if there is enough space).
