Hello all,
I connected an ODBC data source which shows bus trip data which includes number of passengers, load, wheelchair passengers etc. Although the database consists of data ranging from 2009 to 2021, only data till 2014 is being shown on Tableau Prep. However, when I connect the same database on Tableau Desktop, all the data is shown up until Jul 2021.
I tried changing to "Use all data" in the Data Sample tab on Tableau Prep. Has anyone else had his issue or have a way to fix this issue?

Hi, you can filter at your input module. Use something like YEAR([Date])>=2019. Or as I explained before, add an output module after the module you want to test, create a hyper file, and open it in Tableau Dekstop.
