How to remove highlight for button used as shape

I have been working on below requirement for a long time.

there are few calculation which get triggered in my 'range within' sheet' as click on 'Submit' button

When I click on submit button first time it works perfectly. but unfortunately it gets highlight.

I change my parameter (charge time) which effects my miles calculation and I need to update miles using submit button.

but that can be done when I click Submit button again.

As submit button is already highlighted, clicking on it doesn't update my miles field. it just de-highlight

then finally when I click on third time. the fields get updated.

Is there any way I can disable the highlighting of submit button?
