Is it possible to apply a filter at a dashboard level?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to apply a filter at a dashboard level in Tableau desktop?

Let's say I have a lot of data and I want to duplicate the same dashboard and filtered differently, can I do that?

For example the workbook attached, I want one tab for US data and another for France data, is it possible?
