I'm having an issue with download data in tableau next. I developed a TN Dashboard and user wish to download data. However, when user download data it shows just between 500 and 700 rows when it suppose to be unless 2.000 . is it posibble to extend download limit?

is it possible the limitation is based on whatever filters the end-user is using? That would inhibit a full download of all underlying data? If all underlying data is expected, can the end-user test by removing all filters first?
Another method would be to create a simple table to test the download process with a unique record ID. If you (or end-user) can download all 2,000 unique ID's (no filters whatosever) then that would point to a query that's being filtered instead of TN being the issue. With that effort it would be easy to compare the download result with the .csv (or whatever data source is being used).
Perhaps test as either Admin user and as end-user? Possibly there are permissions and/or aggregation issues?
If I recall, the limitation for TN is 5,000 rows per query:
