We are experiencing an issue while updating an Opportunity record in Salesforce. Based on debug logs, the failure appears to originate from the DLRS (Declarative Lookup Rollup Summaries) managed package, specifically within dlrs.RollupService.triggerHandler().

Since DLRS is a managed package, we do not have visibility into the underlying Apex code. However, during Opportunity update processing, the package appears to perform an update on the related Account record, which subsequently fails due to an Account validation rule.

The following exception is observed in the debug logs:

00:26:02.98 (6665591454)|EXCEPTION_THROWN|[1233]|System.DmlException: Update failed. First exception on row 0 with id XXXXX; first error: FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION, Country cannot be changed once set. Please contact your administrator for assistance.: [BillingCountry]

    Thanks for your response.

However, we have the same Opportunity records available in the lower environments, and when we make changes to those Opportunities, the same error does not occur.

Could you please help us understand what might be different in Production that is causing this issue?
