DevOps Center Migration

Hi! 

I'm attempting to migrate from DevOps Center (Managed Package) to the next-generation DevOps Center (Developer Preview) and I'm stuck. Hoping someone has run into this or can point me in the right direction.  

• Enabled "DevOps Center Migration (Developer Preview)" toggle in Setup — accepted terms, toggle shows Enabled.
• Disabled "DevOps Center Managed Package" and enabled "DevOps Center" (next-gen) to proceed. (I had to disable the package to enable the new DevOps Center)
• Triggered migration from the managed package app (accidentally clicked "Migrate" twice).

What happened:

• Activity History in the managed package shows two entries: DOAL-000000001 and DOAL-000000002, both Activity Type: "Migration Started", Status: SUCCESS.
• However, I don't see the migrated project ("Fulcrum - Salesforce DevOps Center") appearing anywhere in the next-gen DevOps Center app.
• Neither I nor the project owner (who also has admin access) can find a way to check detailed migration progress beyond "Migration Started / SUCCESS" — there's no further status like "Completed" or "Failed" that we can find.

Questions:

1. Does "Migration Started - SUCCESS" just mean the job kicked off, or does it mean it actually completed successfully?
2. Is there a way to see more granular migration progress/logs?
3. Could triggering the migration twice (due to a double-click) cause any issue — duplicate processing, conflicts, etc.?
4. Roughly how long does migration typically take for a project with ~250 work items and 2 pipeline stages?

Any guidance — especially from anyone who has completed this migration already — would be hugely appreciated. Happy to open a support case too, but wanted to check here first since this is Developer Preview.
