Hi everyone,
I need to report Average Activities per Converted Lead, but I need to include leads/contacts with 0 activities so the average is accurate.
Standard reports hide records with 0 activities, and Joined Reports won't let me group across blocks by Contact ID. Any thoughts..?

Unfortunately you're probably gonna need a custom Field on the Activity Object that is updated by a Flow or Code, that you can then use in your Report
