Declarative Rollup blocking Zuora from sending subscriptions from Zuora to Salesforce.  

Has anyone experience this error? We have many rollups on Subscriptions, while they are still on- we have turned off the Apex that is blocking it. 

Appreciate if anyone have insights on how to fix this issue?
