We’re facing an issue where all users can access articles across data categories through the Agentforce Service Agent. The goal is to dynamically filter and display articles only for the logged-in user’s assigned program (data category). Any guidance or solution would be appreciated.

I don't think this is possible in Agentforce Service Agent. With custom data category based ADL using Employee agent should work. This one I don't think will work. For service agent it's not required that user should login and use (can be embedded in public site)
