I am a new Tableau User and I am hoping that I can use Tableau to help me demonstrate the extent to which my org is/ isn't using our existing database to track data.

I've read Re: Count Missing Values (Blanks or Nulls)  of  data source fields (Dimensions or Measures)  and I can follow how to make a calculation for each individual dimension/measure that will identify # null/ non-null values.  However, I am working with so many dimensions and measures that creating a calculated field for each will be a very large undertaking.

I've incla small sample data set as an example--but in reality I am working with 350ish dimensions or measures and trying to figure out how frequently each is actually being tracked---without having to create 350 separate calculated fields--and I don't know where to start.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
