I've attached a sample workbook.
Essentially looking to have the calculations I made, Sla% and Accuracy, three times on my Summary - All Clients view:
Accuracy Past Week
Accuracy Past 4 weeks
Accuracy Past 26 weeks
SLA % Past Week
SLA % Past 4 weeks
SLA % Past 26 weeks
Can someone show me how to set this up?

@Mary Simpson here's how you would calculate each of your accuracies
do the same for the SLA %s
I've added these fields to the attached workbook for reference.
