I am working on a report which has multiple amount fields created as calculated fields.
Report Layout:
deal,type,desc,date,amt1,amt2
amt1 and amt2 are calculated fields out of which I want to display the column total for amt1 alone.
I don't see an option to hide total for a particular column.
Is there any way to achieve the same?

If I understood your question correctly, you only want to display the total for some of the measure but not all. If that is the case, for the measure(s) that you don't want to show any grand total, you can create a calculated field as follows.
In the example below, I created a calculated field for Quantity which doesn't show any total.
