i'm attaching my workbook along with screenshot i want monthly percentage of meters per service no ( max no of records per day 48) if we take current month then 48*31=1488 records is maximum some of them are exceeding ,i want 1488 records should be 100% .please help me with the calculation part.
based on the month the calculation value changes 48*30=1440
and 48*29=1392 if Feb is the month

You was mention per service no and per day you are saying 48 records if you have more than 48 records it will be more than 100% .
You have 5 day for this month and for day its 48 then 48*5 = 240 (If you have 31 days 31*48= 1488 if records are exceeding )
150 /210 = 62.5 % per service
As my understanding . if this is wrong could you please explain some more in detail?
