I've done the prerequisite setup and verified that both
Agentforce Agents and Enable the Agentforce (Default) Agentare on.
The module says that I should already have the appropriate permissions and I have verified that my user has the Customize App permission.
However, Testing Center is not an option in Setup.

Make sure you also assign "Trailhead Testing Center Hands-on Challenge" permission set to your System Admin user. It is not even mentioned in the challenge article, but I figured it's needed.
