Hey everyone,

 I'm working on my first Field Service project. We’ve got a small setup: one warehouse (Inventory Location) and four Service Resources. All of them need to consume Product Items from that shared location using the Field Service Mobile App.

Right now, it’s not working as expected — the techs don’t see the shared inventory in the app, so I’m pretty sure we’re missing something in the config.

 I’ve seen in older posts suggestions like linking the Location to a Service Territory, enabling multi-location access in the Connected App, or using parent/child Location setups. I just want to know what actually works well on mobile, especially for Products Consumed and inventory visibility.

Looking for any tips or technical guidance to make it work. Thanks!

    Hello @Carlos Varela García

    It seems to me that the only way to make a service resource to use a location is by assigning it to a service resource:

    1. The "Inventory Location" and "Mobile Location" fields the Location record are checked;
    2. The location is linked to a service resource via the "Location" field on Service Resource object.

    But the thing is that you cannot assign a location to two Service Resource of Resource Type "Technician" so the only way is to go with a service resource of type "Crew".

    Thank you!
