When i tried to retake another attempt , i get an error message "Promotion Code has been used."
Do i need to contact mulesoft team for reactivating the existing promotion exam code provided to me ?
Till now i have attempted only once and failed.

In the results email from the first attempt, you will find a new code that can be used for the second attempt. Use this code.
