I have completed my certification from one organization and have an account details with same organization email id. Now I have left that organization. My present organization is asking to update my email Id with new organization email Id which I have completed my certification. My problem is even to update details also we need to login to the training account. But my username/mail is previous organization email Id which is not active/working. I have tried using "forget password/username" but it is asking for email which is not working as it is my previous organization email ID. Can anyone please help me here.
