Hi , I am trying to create an order in salesforce B2B developer org. I am getting redirected to order confirmation page once I place the order from the experience site.But I don't see any orders in the order management system nor in the orders in the commerce store. I also don't see in the order history of experience site. I checked the process exception error that order and order summary cannot be created for WebCart:
An error occurred in CART_TO_ORDER_SUMMARY for object {webCartId}: Something is wrong with the order status API name 'Draft' or the status 'Draft'
Hi @Evan Matthews, did you ever manage to get to the bottom of this? We are facing the same issue. Everything works in production, but no order records being created in the sandbox (WebCart records are stuck on Pending/Closed)
