A very interesting question.
We have successfully handled this type of migration using our automated software (conemis). Specifically, it was a migration from Hyperforce to the EU Operating Zone for a retail customer.
Initially, the requirement was more focused on an org copy rather than a typical migration. However, the project evolved to include data transformations as well.
A key consideration for such migrations is ensuring the data quality in the source system and leveraging the right tools to facilitate the process effectively.
