As it is seen in the screenshot attached here, I have created the required Benefits & added them to Platinum Tier, however I am still getting the same message - "We can’t find the expected benefits in the Platinum tier" when clicking Check Challenge. Why?

Given below is the Challenge which I have completed and attached the screenshot here: 

Set Up a Benefit

Create a benefit type and add a benefit to it. Then assign the benefit to the Platinum tier.

• Create a benefit type:
  • Benefit Type Name: Meet the Founders
  • Process Type: Loyalty
  • Category: Member Experiences
  • Description: Redeem points for an exclusive one-on-one chat with the founders
• Add a benefit to the Meet the Founders benefit type:
  • Benefit Name: One-on-One Chat with the Founders
  • Select Active.
• Assign the following benefits to the Platinum tier.
  • One-on-One Chat with the Founders
  • 20% off on Apparel Voucher
• #Trailhead Challenges
