Hello,

I am trying to enable Whatsapp in Salesforce.

I have enabled enhanced Messaging, omni channel, all seems to be good.

But when messages come from Whatsapp, I can see a messaging session but she stays in Waiting even if it is well assigned to the user.

In Omni Supervisor, in Skills Backlog Summary, the session is also there, waiting.

Is there anyone who could help me to solve this problem ?
