Trying to add Ruleset (Conditional Field Formatting) present in Lightning Page to ChangeSet. Does anyone deployed successfully?

UPDATE via Salesforce Support:
Able to include 'Conditional Field Formatting (Rulesets)' by selecting 'UI Format Specification Set' associated with the Lightning Page in the change set.
