I reached out to Salesforce support and they gave me the answer of "I heard of a couple customers using the Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals app; but we can't really give any recommendation here" , so I'm hoping to get some guidance from the community here. I have advanced approvals, but I'm using it in a pretty basic way, not sure if that matters. What is the best slack app to use for Salesforce approvals going forward? I feel like there are so many I don't 'know which to choose from.
I was peaking around and found this article (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.slack_apps_digital_hq_approvals_use.htm&type=5). It says to use the Salesforce for Slack app for approvals. It doesn’t mention the Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals app.
I also found this article (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.slack_apps_options.htm&type=5) also. Also, doesn't mention Salesforce CPQ Advanced Approvals app.
