Agentforce - Share a file and do not transfer to human Agent?

Hi team. I'm having problems when I share a file with an Agentforce. I have modified the Escalation Topic and I have also created a new one, but with different scopes or actions I cannot get Agentforce to not transfer the conversation to an agent after sharing a file. Any ideas?
