I'm using below formula on the validation rule to allow users reopen a closed lost Opportunity only if reason of loss is set to " Commercial-No Feedback received"
However the validation is enforced for all reason of loss
"Commercial-No Feedback received" & "Commercial_Terms & Conditions" & "Commercial_Rate"
AND(
PRIORVALUE(IsClosed),
ISCHANGED(StageName),
OR(
NOT(ISPICKVAL(CARGO_Reasons_For_Loss__c, "Commercial-No Feedback received"))))
what might be wrong?
