We currently have an Omniscript running with Assessment Questions/Responses. I'm wondering if it's possible to create a screen flow using the Assessment Questions that have already been created, or if I'll need to revamp the screen flow from scratch. Welcome to any suggestions.

No, you cannot directly convert an Omniscript to a Screen Flow. You will need to recreate the Screen Flow from scratch, you can use the existing assessment questions and responses as a reference to build your Screen Flow.
