Einstein Copilot - Converse with the customer and create case

Hi,

How do I achieve multi-step prompts with the prompt builder? When I try to do that in the prompt builder, it always shows the entire prompt and not one by one as instructed. Do I have set up these prompt instructions in the prompt flow and not in the prompt builder?

Any expert suggestions to achieve the above use case would be helpful. @Hao Dong
