I have been using DataLoader for bulk actions in Salesforce for a few years without any complications.  I recently had an issue where it would not accept my files, despite them all being CSV files.  I read that you should remove the program and download again, which I did - and suddenly it was accepting the same exact CSV files I had originally tried to import.

One week later, I am having the same issue with DataLoader not accepting my CSV files.  It is time-consuming to have to remove and re-add the program.  Any ideas? Thank you!
