Accounting Subledger in NPC

Hi all, 

I try do the following use cases in NPC with Accounting Subledger and do not find the correct settings for it. In my customer org I enabled Fundraising and added the Accounting Subledger Permission set to my user. Then I followed the instructions from Salesforce help (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.asl_Configure_an_Accounting_Set_for_Fundraising.htm&type=5). I created an accounting set and a report type for transaction journals to export the journals to the accounting system. 

-          How do I lock gift transaction after running the accounting set with a flow? 

-          How do I track adjustments write-offs, and reversals on gift transactions? 

What use cases covers the ASL in NPC?
