Hello! I would like to customize my chat button for Einstein Bot. Instead of default "Chat with an Expert" I need to use here custom label which is translated to various languages. I tried to add custom label into Embedded Service Chat in my experience cloud into Button Label in this way -> {!Label.MY_LABEL} but it wasn't working. How can I do it? Is there any other option?

Yes you need to do it directly in the experience builder. You can customize the label when you click on Embedded Service Chat. To translate it to different language, you need to click on Globe icon and switch to your respective language and specify the label for particular language.
