When I try to save the Lightning App I have created I keep getting the error message "We can't save your changes because one or more of your utilities do can't save your changes because one or more of your utilities doesn’t exist. Try again or ensure that all your utilities are still valid." However, the instructions read: "Utility items | Don’t add any." How can I save the app? Thank you!

Several other people have been having this issue and it seems to be a bug with Salesforce. It's caused by uploading an image as the app icon. If you skip this step it should work, then you can add the image after the app has been created.
