We have a new Admin who has the same permission sets as other Admin, but running into an issue with Data Loader. We've uninstalled current version and also tried an earlier version. When she gets to Step 3 after creating (or using saved) mapping, when pressing "Next" nothing happens. No error message, nothing. Her file type is correct.
Is there a hidden permission set or something I am not thinking about that is causing this error? Thanks in advance.

Hello @Mackenzie Cummins, could you please provide a screenshot ? Does the user manage to insert / update data with Data Import Wizard or Data Loader application ?
