It appears permission sets could enable this, but before spending too much time. I am looking for confirmation and steps, on how I could use permission set to enable a single user to update three different picklist fields in the case object. As we refine a process and steps, want to add a value to a picklist in setup so it can be used across multiple records. If this was feasible then we can make real time updates as we review instead of submitting request to our IT team. This way the engineers reviewing can make their suggestions and records can be updated in real time.
@Manoj Nambirajan Thanks for the insight. Did not setup the flow. But was able to enable customize application in my sandbox and that seemed to work. It seems though we cannot tailor this solely to a certain object though. It appears it opened up all objects and all fields for modification. Do not think my salesforce team will go for that unfortunately. If there was a way to narrow the scope to single object and certain fields Than I could see them allowing it. Thanks again
