Good afternoon everyone,
We are using Salesforce Surveys. Have some simple questions, and when a response comes in, I would like it to be copied onto the contact record (into a custom field) for reporting purposes.
This seemed possible. However, once I got into doing it, I am having trouble accessing the 'Survey Question' object so that I can use that ID to access the 'Survey Question Response' object. (I have been looking closely at the data model). Can anyone advice, how I can do it?
Currently I have tried to use 'Get Records' with a criteira.
Question Name CONTAINS <a word it contains>
That didn't work so I tried to target it based on ID, still failing to find any records at all.
Thanks in advance.

To use the LIKE operator, a field has to have 'Filter' called out in its object reference sheet. The SurveyQuestion field lacks this.
What information are you triggering this off of though? I was under the impression you might want to traverse the data model via Survey>SurveyVersion>SurveyQuestionResponse (to get all Question Response records you care about in a Collection). From there, you should be able to use something like a collection filter or simply loop over the values to obtain the info you need to write those record values elsewhere.
