Admin Beginner- Lighting Experience Cust. 1- Fields wont show up when I try creating new client under "energy audits"

I created the new fields after "Energy Audit Layout" as instructed but when i go to the next step to add new "burlington evaluation" the data fields dont appear, only the place for name and scroll down menu with "rooftop". When I click save it says it cant save because of values not put in. I checked object manager and where it says "indexed" those fields are not checked, this however maybe irrelevant. How would i resolve this? I've been stuck on this for a half hour now. TIA
