Hello All, I am trying to deploy user access policies from my sandbox to a repository with gearset. The deployment fails validation with reason: You cannot deploy User Access Policy as active without at least 1 action and 1 filter. I have compared my UAP metadata with the sample provided by Salesforce in the https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.api_meta.meta/api_meta/meta_useraccesspolicy.htm?q=user+access and it is exactly same. Is there anything I am missing.
