Introducing "The January Project". While you and your team have some down time over January it's time for you as a Salesforce Admin to do some improvements to your Salesforce Org. What better time than the quiet time over January is there to install Salesforce Indicators and set up some Lightning Record pages to help your users see mission critical information at a glance on your Salesforce records using colourful and meaningful icons.
Get started now by thinking about the data you have in your org that is important. Which users is this data important to? When is this data important for them? Which key data points are your users missing because the fields are buried deep down in the bottom of the page? What additional data can you surface by using DLRS or similar tools?
Over the next two weeks in the lead up to January I will post some more questions and tips to get started. Then in January we will get started and we will work through the process step by step. After doing some pre-work, you will be able to book in for a one on one session to ask any questions and get you set up with using Salesforce Indicators.
