Unauthorized From email address selected

Hi All, One of our CSRs is getting below error when she is trying to send an email from a Case record:

"Unauthorized from email address selected. Please contact your system administrator if you need to send emails from this address."

Kindly let me know why we are getting this error and how can we resolve this?

    Hi Nishant,

    Please naigate to Orgwide Email Address. 

    To send an email from Salesforce to external email account, FROM need to registered and verified. I hope you will see a Verify option in org wide email address. 

    Please verify if and try again.
