Batch and Schedule Apex to send violation email notifications till milestone complete

Hi @Everyone,

Could you please help me for below scenario!!

I have to send continuous email notifications till milestone gets completed if case milestone crosses time trigger using Batch and Schedule.

Please Suggest if any better approach
