Issues with Clearslide integration

Question

We have the Clearslide app integrated with Salesforce EE. I have a user that experiences a redirect to log in to Clearslide everytime they try and access a contact record.

They are redirected to a Clearslide login page and cannot view any info contained in the contact record.

I have checked the integration on both sides and the API flow seems okay.

What would cause this redirect, and why only one specific user?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jim,

Try to check using tools like postman or soap to send request and check response.

May be you might need to check if you have enough permission at object level and you might need to check with clearslide team.
