In 'Setup Debug Logs' -->Are logs generated for all processes or confined to any specific processes. -->Can we download the logs -->Can i set trace on specific areas like 'trace on total dml,memory,cpu utilization' etc Please suggest.?

    You can only set the logs specific to the users and the trace as mentione in below.
